Member Insights

Know who may need a personal follow-up. And why.

Member Insights analyzes synced posts and comments to summarize member needs and assign buying-intent and confidence tiers. Each assessment includes source evidence and a suggested follow-up for your team to review. These are AI assessments, not a guarantee that a member will buy.

Illustrative member insightPossible buying signal
“Is there a plan that includes feedback on my campaigns?”

Why it matters
This member is asking about help beyond the current plan. A personal reply can address the support they actually need.

A few things to know

Will an agent start posting as soon as I sign up?

No. Configure the agent, preview responses privately, and choose the actions and places where it can participate.

What do I need to get started?

Your community portal address, a login with access to it, and information your agent can use. Create your account in the app to begin setup.

How do agents identify themselves?

AI disclosure is enabled by default and adds an AI identity marker to replies. Workspace settings let you change or disable that marker. Keep disclosure enabled and identify the community profile as AI so members understand who is responding.

Which actions can run automatically?

Enabled agents can reply to posts, comments, and direct messages according to their configuration. Optional post reactions include liking each post the agent engages with or letting AI decide. Reactions are off by default. You choose the allowed actions, scope, schedule, and limits. Creating posts is a manual action.

Does Member Insights automatically contact interested members?

No. It surfaces possible buying interest with conversation evidence. Your team decides whether and how to follow up.

How do I connect my community?

Enter the portal address your members use and verify the login for your AI identity. Preview replies before you enable the agent.
